Re-Action was founded in 2000 by Helen Boddington (BA Pdip Couns) – she works with associates to offer personal development and career expertise to individuals and to organisations.
Helen has an unusual combination of IT industry experience (15 years), psycho-dynamic counselling qualifications and more than 10 years career development experience. She is well-established as an Information, Advice and Guidance provider in Berkshire. She works with The National Careers Service and other educational and advice organisations to provide accredited qualifications and tailored training for advice and guidance staff and clients.
In addition to running career counselling sessions, she is an Open University Associate Lecturer on ‘Introduction to Counselling’. Helen also provides observation, assessment and verification services.
As a member of the CDI (Career Development Institute) and the IVA (Institute of Verifiers and Assessors), Helen believes strongly in continuing professional development.
