Re-Action was founded in 2000 by Helen Boddington (BA Pdip Couns) – she works with associates to offer career development expertise to individuals and to organisations.

Helen has an unusual combination of IT industry experience (15 years), psycho-dynamic counselling qualifications and career development skills (working in this field since 1999). She is well-established as an Information, Advice and Guidance provider in Berkshire. She works with nextstep and other educational and advice organisations to provide Open College Network and tailored training for advice and guidance staff and clients.

In addition to running career counselling sessions, she is an Open University Associate Lecturer on ‘Open to Change’ and a regular CV adviser in Reading. An Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and a Member of NAEGA (specialising in Adult Guidance), Helen believes strongly in continuing professional development.
